HOW TO START A RETURN
To begin a return, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@alabskincare.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Unopened Items
You may return unopened and unused items within 15 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
Returns initiated after 15 days may be eligible for store credit, pending approval.
- Opened or Used Items
Opened items may be returned within 30 days of the order date, provided less than 50% of the product has been used.
A 15% restocking fee applies. All opened item returns are subject to approval.
- General Conditions
Returns must include all original packaging.
Items purchased as a set or kit must be returned in full for eligibility.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund timing depends on your bank or credit card issuer (typically 5–7 business days).
For any delays, please contact your financial institution before reaching out to us.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at support@alabskincare.com with photos and details. If approved, instructions for return and reshipment will follow.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items:
Contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Include your order number, photos of the package and contents, and a description of the issue.
Claims without proper documentation may not be approved.
SHIPPING PROTECTION (IF SELECTED)
If you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout, your package is covered for loss, damage, or theft.
File a claim by emailing support@alabskincare.com.
Please note: Shipping Protection is non-refundable, even if the order is returned.
“DELIVERED” BUT NOT RECEIVED
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but your order is missing:
- Confirm your shipping address.
- Check with neighbors, front desk, or household members.
- Wait 24 hours—carriers sometimes scan packages early.
- Contact the carrier for location details.
- If the package is still missing after these steps, contact us for further assistance.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for your return.
If the gift giver received the order, we’ll process the refund to their original payment method.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale and promotional items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

AESTHETIC LAB is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not accept COD shipments or international returns.
FAIR USE POLICY
We reserve the right to decline returns or refunds at our discretion. Examples include:
- Products that are overused, damaged by the customer, or not returned in original condition
- Returns beyond the 30-day window
- Orders suspected of abuse, misuse, or fraud
