SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During peak periods or promotional sales, processing times may be extended slightly — we appreciate your patience.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We currently ship within the United States only.
Free ground shipping is offered on domestic orders over $50 (pre-tax and after discounts).
Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days once dispatched.
Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge, based on carrier rates.
SHIPPING PROTECTION (Optional)
For added peace of mind, you can purchase Shipping Protection during checkout. This covers lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Simply add the protection option to your cart to safeguard your order.
To file a claim, contact us at support@alabskincare.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). Please note: Shipping Protection is non-refundable in the event of a return or cancellation.
DELIVERY
We use trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your shipping address and selected service. Once shipped, the order becomes the property of the purchaser. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by the shipping provider after dispatch.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If an order is returned to us due to refusal of delivery, an incomplete address, or unavailability to accept the package, reshipping charges may apply.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at support@alabskincare.com. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the outer box, packaging materials, and product(s)
- We’ll open a shipping claim and assist you in getting a resolution as quickly as possible.
“DELIVERED” BUT NOT RECEIVED
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package:
- Double-check your shipping address.
- Check with household members, neighbors, or your front desk.
- Wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers mark packages delivered a bit early.
- Contact the carrier directly for delivery confirmation.
